Three things I’m grateful for:

1. I’m grateful to have recently come back from visiting home with a bunch of goodies that my mom baked!
2. I’m grateful for being knowledgeable about computers, as I was able to help out a friend today and he was very appreciative!
3. I’m grateful for Fall! It’s the best season of the year!

One thing I’d like to improve upon:

I need to take better care of myself- to watch what I’m eating and try to exercise more. How I look is a constant source of anxiety for me and I’d probably feel a lot better if I put even a little bit more effort in.
