Fantasy of Flight The final for NMD 343 Digital Storytelling 1 was a collective class project to design a website via WordPress to host a collection of multimedia stories from the class’ students. Grandpa Chuck I never met my grandpa Charlie, Chuck for short. He died of lung cancer two years before I was born. My sister was four when he died and my mother had a misscarriage earlier that year. Two years later, I came into the world, and in the two decades between now and then, I was inundated with all kinds of stories and praise of the man. Three things I’m thankful for: My clothes, namely my leather jacket Blankets My imagination One thing I’d like to improve on: For many years growing up, I had a tradition of setting time aside in the day/at night to just imagine. Whether it be fantasies or stories-to-be-written or produced in any other form, I would exercise my mind and in doing so relieve some stress and evoke/vent some emotions.
